Transitioning from the military to MBA is a fairly popular path to follow. A little over 9% of MBA applications come from military veterans. When looking at the data comparing military applicants to traditional MBA applicants, a few trends become clear:
Dětská klinická psychologie a psychoterapie je primárně určena dětem a dospívajícím, jejichž blízcí (obvykle rodič) jsou již v péči (psychosomatické, psychologické, psychiatrické, atd.) našeho pracoviště. Tato péče je poskytována v rámci komplexní péče o rodiny dospělých pacientů s psychosomatickými obtížemi, na jejichž léčbu je Psychosomatická klinika zaměřena.
PhDr. Gražina Kokešová Kleinová ve spolupráci s mobilním hospicem Cesta domů a dalšími odborníky přijímá dále do péče děti a dospívající v procesu truchlení po ztrátě (úmrtí) blízké osoby (rodiče, sourozence, prarodiče jako primární pečující osoby).
When I first built the Stanford MBA acceptance rate model, it showed that GPA had little to no impact on acceptance rate. I have reevaluated the data and now I believe that GPA does matter when applying to Stanford. Although GPA has an impact on acceptance, GMAT is still more important for Stanford MBA admissions. In addition to these considerations, I would like to make a career change. In my current, position I recruit new clients and market financial products. In the future, I hope to engage more with the essence of finance, rather than the marketing of it.
Many applicants worry about applying to business school if they have a low GPA. I analyzed the low GPA MBA acceptance rate at the top 75 schools to see what are the realistic chances for applicants with a GPA below . In my data sample from GMAT Club , less than 8% of applicants had a low GPA, which I defined as below . Individual schools did not have enough data for me to analyze in depth, so I grouped schools into clusters for analysis. I was surprised to see that low GPA MBA acceptance rate is a lot higher than I expected. Continue reading
After 7 years of effort and over 6,555 hours of work, I have finally launched my MBA Admission Calculator. The calculator uses the logistic regression models that I built to write most of the articles on this website. It only requires you to fill in 65 pieces of information to get a rough idea of how competitive you are at top MBA programs. Each model was built using a minimum of 555 applicants worth of data. The data comes from the forums at GMAT Club. Continue reading
NYU Stern’s Consulting Corps program is another program I would like to take part in. Analyzing a business and giving consultation along with helping the community seems very exciting and enriching. Also, engaging with mentoring consultants who will help me to understand how to improve a business can prepare me for.
Deciding when to start applying to business school can be a challenge. Salary increases dramatically after an MBA, but schools tend to prefer applicants with more work experience. I looked at the top 75 US MBA programs 8767 admission data to find the best schools for MBA applicants in terms of chance of being admitted. I analyzed the MBA acceptance rate by age to see which schools had the smallest disadvantage for applicants relative to traditionally aged MBA applicants. Continue reading
The Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Management Program offers great focus and opportunities in the field of healthcare. I found that the emphasis put on an entrepreneurial mindset, combined with healthcare-specific courses, fit exactly with my goals. The Pharmaceutical Development and Commercialization Workshop, which covers the entire lifecycle of a product, will give me a broad understanding of how a healthcare product is developed and marketed. Also, after some research about the Healthcare Industry Association, I have learned that HCIA works closely not only with the administration and the director of the healthcare program at CBS, but also with alumni industry professionals, and arranges the CBS healthcare conference annually.
